CTA-FTAHM Fast Track Certificate Course in Aviation and Hospitality Management
Specially designed for our outstation candidates who need to rent an accommodation while pursuing our AHM course.
FT-CAHM is an eight month programme with 5 months of full day training and 3 months of internship in a 5 star hotel. This is a fast tracked AHM course, customised yet comprehensive enough to meet the needs of the industry.
PB-HILT, Udemy Business and GDS training are not a part of the curriculum. However interested candidates can opt for these courses separately and pursue them concurrently while they continue with their AHM training.
Key Deliverables
Students will be able to:
- Learn and appreciate the impact of impeccable grooming standards required to project a favourable impression at workplace.
- Enhance their skill and confidence to communicate verbally, especially in the English language and convey a positive body language.
- Equip with basic digital skills viz MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and E-Mail etiquette.
- Understand and imbibe the finer nuances of customer care in airlines and luxury hotels.
- Understand the functions of the aviation industry and appreciate the role of Cabin Crew in In-Flight operations and the role of Ground Service personnel in Airport operations.
- Acquire extensive knowledge Front Office Operations and Food & Beverage Service at 5 star luxury hotels.
- Internship at a 5 star hotel for Industrial exposure.
