Foundation

The foundation module of our training is focused at imparting knowledge and training for skills essential to succeed in the dynamic service industry, particularly for the Aviation and 5 Star hospitality segment.
Our training, to build a strong foundation for our students by way of skills training will include the following elements:

Aviation Studies

Our Aviation module ensures that our students get a clear insight into Cabin crew specific functions and responsibilities and that of Ground service operations. In the In-flight training, our students learn about cabin familiarisation, Safety and Emergency procedures, first aid skills, the importance of Crew Resource Management, onboard announcements and Meal Service delivery The Ground service module covers in detail about Airline Security operations, Customer service and Ramp management functions.

Hotel Hospitality

This module is designed keeping in mind the requirements of a 5 star hotel particularly in the Front Office and Food & Beverage Service department. Out Hotel Hospitality training equips our students with the skills and knowledge required to work effectively in either of the departments. The Front Office training module prepares the students to work as a front desk executive, a concierge or as a reservation associate. The F&B service module will enable the students to learn in depth about the various F&B outlets in a 5 star hotel and will train them to manage service with flair and elan at their work places.

High Intensity Leadership Training

HIGH INTENSITY LEADERSHIP TRAINING or HILT is a powerful does of behavioral training that enables the students to dive deep into discovering his/her inner potential. This module is a great exposure to understanding elements of wholesome social living and students will be able to appreciate the importance of Work Ethic, Positive Habits, Human Relations, Personal Branding and Leadership Skills in their pursuit of becoming successful professionals.

Udemy Business

CTA has invited Udemy Business as an e-learning partner and enhanced the learning opportunity for its students. Each student will individually be provided customized online learning support via CTA-Udemy Business.
A license will be issued to a student on completion of his/ her enrollment and will then be able to log in to an exclusive CTA-Udemy Business account with an ID and password provided for their exclusive use.

Based on the profile of the student and after conducting a training need analysis, the training team at CTA will create a learning path specifically for the student to provide a tailor made learning experience.

Udemy has courses across categories and along with the scheduled training curriculum they would be able to achieve immense personal development on a variety of subjects of interest to them.

The student will be able to download a certificate from CTA-Udemy for each completed course and this is a big value addition for an individual. Students are advised to take care to download certificates on completion of each component of training.

Internship

We offer five-star internship for all students and options for international internship in Qatar.

12 months Diploma in Aviation and Hospitality Management

Age: 17 years - 24 years (as on date of applying)
